Dr. Garret Madderra has dedicated his career to providing exceptional dental care with a focus on cosmetic excellence, restorative precision, and patient comfort. A graduate of the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, Dr. Madderra has been practicing in San Francisco's Castro District since 1991.
His philosophy is simple: treat every patient with respect, provide conservative and ethical recommendations, and create beautiful, natural-looking results that enhance confidence and quality of life. Dr. Madderra specializes in cosmetic dentistry, including porcelain veneers, dental implants, clear aligner orthodontics, and full mouth restoration, as well as specialized care for TMJ disorders and periodontal health.
Beyond his clinical expertise, Dr. Madderra is committed to giving back. He's a proud partner with Smile Power, a charitable organization providing dental care to underserved communities in Bolivia. This mission reflects his belief that quality dental care should be accessible to all.
